What is fast mimicking?
Fast mimicking is a tool used for those who would like to see the benefits of fasting, but without extreme measures. This was a tool created by Dr. Valter Longo an Italian biologist and longevity researcher. His goal was to replicate fasting while still continuously providing the body with nutrients. Dr. Longo has dedicated time, decades of research, and clinical studies from his two Longevity Institutes in Milan, Italy, and University of Southern California, Los Angeles toward this methodology. These efforts are made in the hopes of helping people reduce inflammation, rejuvenate stem cells, and extend their life span.
