Ingredients:

  • 8 ripe black figs–washed (gently) and quartered
  • 2 ounces goat cheese – warmed to room temperature
  • 1-2 tbsp. good quality Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions:

Arrange cut figs on a serving platter. With a tablespoon, dribble a few drops of vinegar on each piece of fig. Cut a small portion of cheese (the size of a dime) and place on top of each fig section. Serve.
